mg contains the same chemical compound that is found in the other Fildena
drugs class sildenafil citrate. The pill is composed of 60 mg of sildenafil. The
principal function of this drug is to block the enzyme phosphodiesterase in the
arterial wall which supplies the penis. As the amount of PDE5 enzyme is
increased, it reduces the monophosphate cycling. The monophosphate in this
cycling cycle is responsible for the dilatation of the arteries which supply
the penis. As the cGMP level increases, it is believed that the blood flow
improves, allowing it to flow in a more efficient direction in stimulation
cases.
